Dear Members and Guests,
We invite you to join us on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 17:30 for our
77th Annual General Membership Meeting
in the „Brauereiwirtshaus Sanwald“, Silberburgstr. 157, 70178 Stuttgart
This meeting gives us the opportunity to come together again and enjoy each other’s company with a Sekt Reception and a short and interesting Member Meeting followed by fine dining and good fellowship.This is what our club is all about. Please join us for an enjoyable evening of German-American friendship, in this our 77th anniversary year!

We will meet in the banquet room of the Brauerei Wirtshaus Sanwald. Go in the main entrance to the restaurant and then go to your right past the bar to the separate room at the back.The entire room is reserved for us.

17:30 – Sekt Reception
18:00 – Annual Member Meeting (minimum 30 minutes, required by German law)
18:45 – Board of Directors Election for 2025.
19:00 – Dinner will be served
The Reception will be paid by your club. Please pay for your dinner and drinks directly to the restaurant staff before you leave. The Restaurant does not take any cards, please bring enough cash.
Stimulating conversation, and the chance to connect with new and old friends are free. Help us to continue our long tradition of fostering international understanding in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Please come join us on the 15th of February!

Please note: Events and dates subject to change ! If you would like more information on any of these events, or would like to sign up in advance, please talk to any board member. They will put you in contact with the person planning the event.
Directions
Brauereiwirtshaus Sanwald, Silberburgstr. 157, 70178 Stuttgart
By car: Parking opportunities are limited. There is a parking garage at Augustenstraße 23. There is also parking in the vicinity of the Rotebühlplatz. We recommend public transportation.
By public transport: All S-Bahn lines 1-6 stop at the Feuersee S-Bahn stop. Exit the Feuersee underground station at the east end and you will come up at the intersection of Rotebühlstraße and Silberburgstraße. Turn south on Silberburgstraße and the Brauerei Wirtshaus Sanwald is just a few steps down the street on the left.
