Dear members and friends,

Did you always want to know more about whiskeys, how they are made, their history and more? We have the answers for you! Join us for our April outing:

Six stunning whiskeys, three each from Ireland and Scotland, ranging in strength from "niiice!" to "wowser!". From simple through sherried to cask strength, there's something here for everyone. For the uninitiated, this tasting will provide you with a wonderful introduction to the world of whisk(e)y. For those who have already dabbled - here's a chance to dabble some more! A brief introduction will be given to each of the whiskeys and the best way to enjoy them. The rest is up to your palate! The whiskeys will be presented in English with German explanations where necessary. Our host is fluent in both languages. You will also be able to order or buy bottles at a special price after the tasting (to be picked up at a later date). Plenty of food (with vegetarian options) in between the tastings will be provided.

Date: Saturday, April 5, 2014
Time: 14:00 - 18:00
Cost for whiskey tasting incl. food: 35 € (special price)
Cost for food only: 10 € (if you're interested in listening but don't want to actually taste the whiskeys). Payment will be done individually upon arrival / before the tasting starts directly to the Pub staff.

There will be pitchers of tap water on the tables. All other drinks (apart from the whiskeys served for tasting and the tap water) and different kinds of food than the food provided during the tasting, is not included in the 35 € resp. 10 € and will cost extra.
The tasting will be officially over by 18:00, but you are welcome to stay and further enjoy the Pub.
